Our Coaching Programs:
Our career coaching program provides you with the time and space to shine the light on you. It’s the ideal program for you if you are just starting out on your career as well as for those individuals that are feeling stuck, confused or not sure if they are on the right path or even where their path is going.
There are three phases to the Firework Career Coaching™ program: Explore; Dream and Discover.
In the initial Explore phase you find out key information about who you really are and what you really want from both your life and your work. At the conclusion of the Explore phase you will emerge with a very clear understanding of what you must have in order to be satisfied and motivated in your career and in life.
The Dream phase provides you with an opportunity to dream big, to generate possible career options test them against the key information gathered in the Explore phase in order to identify your ideal career.
In the final Discover phase you identify what is needed to bridge the gap between your current reality and your ideal career and then create an action plan to take you where you want to be.
